Companial is seeking a Senior Country Manager to build and grow our business in Switzerland. The role focuses on recruiting new Microsoft Dynamics partners, developing strategic relationships, and expanding Companial’s presence in the Swiss market.
You will report to the Regional Lead DACH and collaborate with teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Swiss team may grow to 2–3 people, and success is measured by revenue growth in Switzerland.
