You will coordinate the implementation of the mobility plan, prepare the next mobility plan, and lead cross-functional projects and events that improve mobility across CERN sites.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the actions of CERN's mobility plan through to the 2028 horizon, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and follow-up actions.
- Maintain a consolidated project portfolio and ensure regular, reliable reporting on status, priorities, issues and forthcoming decisions.
- Work with action owners and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical workplans, deliverables and implementation steps.
- Contribute to the preparation of the future CERN mobility plan by gathering needs, analysing lessons learned, structuring consultations and drafting supporting material.
- Pilot mobility-related projects and events, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment through implementation, operational coordination and post-event review.
