In this position, you support our sales team in providing customer support and implementing exciting projects in the packaging solutions sector. Step by step, you take on more responsibility and develop into a competent contact person for our customers.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN 80–100% (m/f/d) (SWITZERLAND)
YOUR TASKS
- Service, maintenance and repair work on packaging systems
- Independent troubleshooting and troubleshooting
- Assembly and commissioning of systems at the customer's premises
- Technical support for customers locally and by phone
- Internal audits, upgrades, and the provision of machinery
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed basic technical training, for example as an auto mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, polymer mechanic, or equivalent
- Deep technical understanding and a passion for troubleshooting
- Knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering
- Experience as a service technician or in the packaging industry is an advantage
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Friendly, professional and approachable demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Driver's license category B
