Your daily contribution:
- Lead the Systems Division’s EMEA business and shape regional strategy with cross-functional teams
- Grow compressor systems sales by capturing new opportunities and leading the team to achieve sales targets
- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery that meets quality standards and maximizes profitability
- Optimize project execution through best practices, greater efficiency and effective risk management
- Oversee Winterthur operations: manufacturing, production control, maintenance, quality, materials and process engineering
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts and financial plans aligned with corporate goals; take corrective action to meet targets
- Set KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Compression Group values and ethical leadership; ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
- Report on regional performance, opportunities and challenges to senior management, fostering open communication and collaboration
