We are looking for a committed individual to join our team who will take responsibility for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) service, based on One Identity Manager, and actively drive its further development.In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between IT, business departments, external partners and technical specialists. As well as your focus on IAM, you’ll also be keen to contribute to other exciting areas within our diverse IT landscape.

- Responsibility for the IAM service: You will ensure the stable operation of our Identity & Access Management system and oversee the further development of One Identity Manager, as well as the implementation of new requirements
- Process management and automation: You will design and optimise IAM processes, in particular the identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers), role and authorisation management, and the automation of existing workflows
- Interface and Partner Management: You will act as the central point of contact for internal departments, connected systems and external IAM consultants. You will coordinate collaboration and ensure the quality of the results
- Service management and governance: You ensure clear lines of responsibility, traceable processes and well-organised documentation. You also coordinate incidents, changes and technical dependencies with the relevant specialists
- Contribution to other IT services: Depending on your interests and requirements, you will also contribute to other areas within our team, such as client management, software packaging and deployment, Omnissa VDI, Citrix, Mobile Device Management (MDM), monitoring, SharePoint or SQL management
- On-call duty: You will occasionally be on call and, where required, be available for weekend shifts
What you bring with you
- Education and expertise: You have completed an IT qualification or hold a comparable qualification, and have experience in Identity & Access Management, Service Management or Application Management
- IAM knowledge: You understand the technical and procedural aspects of Identity & Access Management. Experience with One Identity Manager is an advantage
- Understanding of services and processes: You work in a structured manner, set priorities and enjoy improving and developing services and processes with a focus on sustainability
- Independence and organisational skills: You are happy to take on responsibility, coordinate with internal and external partners, and drive initiatives forward independently
- Communication and team spirit: You communicate clearly, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and collaborate to find suitable solutions
- Interest in new technologies: You enjoy looking beyond your own specialist area, are curious about other IT technologies and are willing to familiarise yourself with new topics
- Commitment and flexibility: You impress with your service-oriented approach to work and are willing to be on call and work occasional weekends.
