Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve manufacturing and business processes.
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma projects to reduce cost, complexity, waste, and cycle times.
- Establish and maintain standard work practices, KPIs, and performance governance across the site.
- Support integrated site planning, capacity management, and long-term investment decisions.
- Develop and automate KPI dashboards, business intelligence reporting, and digital performance management tools.
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS, and Technical teams to drive sustainable improvements and operational readiness.
- Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement through KPI analysis and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, Performance Management, or Data Analytics within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Standard Work, and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience with KPI development, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, SOPs, and inspection readiness.
- Safety certification (e. g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Swiss Safety Officer) preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement and safety initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
