Job Description
- Your main responsibilities
- Lead SAP Success Factors implementation, rollout and transformation projects
- Manage client relationships and act as the main functional point of contact
- Facilitate discovery workshops and challenge business requirements
- Design end-to-end HR processes and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Configure and validate Employee Central solutions
- Define implementation strategies and project roadmaps
- Coordinate project activities with clients, partners and internal teams
- Review solution design, configuration and project deliverables
- Lead testing, deployment and go-live activities
- Manage project risks, issues and escalations
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Deliver executive-level presentations and steering committee updates
- Mentor and coach junior and intermediate consultants
- Contribute to delivery excellence, methodology and best practices

Qualifications
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Success Factors consulting
- Proven experience leading international HR transformation projects
- Strong expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central
- One or more SAP Success Factors certifications are highly desirable, particularly Employee Central
- Solid understanding of Core HR and HR operating models
- Experience working with Swiss and international clients
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding consulting environment
- Leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring consultants
- Fluent French and English are mandatory
- German is considered a strong asset
